Things to Remember

• Bring a valid driver's license or photo i.d. with you to verify your identity.
• The notary must witness your signature, so please do not sign the document ahead of time.
• On documents that need to be notarized, allow 1&1/2 to 2 inches of space at the bottom of the signature page for the notary stamp and seal to be applied.
• On auto titles, only the person(s) whose name appears on the title and is transferring ownership must have their signature notarized.
